Not this time

I won't do it this time
It's been way over the mark
It's been polished, turned and desecrated
It's been a myriad of debutants
Who were never quite there
My problem is this:
It was smokes and mirrors all along
Breaking away inside four walls is not really possible
So, I won't
Not this time
The man in charge now says: "Hold it
We'll try it in a different way"
But not me
I'm out
I won't come a second time
