Some things never change

Sometimes, the dead come back to haunt the earth
Sometimes, you forget why you did this and that
But then you see you faced your fear
Then you see you're the star
Then you recall that angels do exist
Whether godsends or just ocasional passers-by
Then you recall that they dress in white
And they smile as if holding a flaming sword
And they can smite evil off the world
Even if they're a little unsure
And even if some things never change
And even if sometimes your ghosts come after you
